Stunning and genuine vintage 20th Century Patek Philippe 14 carat gold dress pocket watch, silvered dial with applied silvered hour batons, numeral 12, 9 and 3, with subsidiary seconds.
The case is Hallmarked Swiss Gold (14K, 0,585 standard), each part signed PATEK PHILIPPE & CIE. The pocket watch features a stylish design, it dates to year 1940-50.
