Genuine and rare vintage Patek Philippe "Golden Ellipse" 18 Karat yellow Gold ladies bracelet watch (ref. 4119), 18 carat yellow gold bracelet formed by 10 oval medallions with unusual motifs under glass, 20 jewels, ref. 4119/1. The watch is all original and genuine, it comes without papers and with a modern box (not original).
This is a very unusual vintage Patek Philippe bracelet watch, it dates to 1970's.
