Hallmarked Ottoman Empire mark, with rare "Tughra" and "Sah" marks. The Tughra mark is the Sultan's signature, and is probably the one of Abdulhamid II.

Hallmarked Ottoman Empire mark, silver (900 Standard), with rare "Tughra" and "Sah" marks (please follow this link), both very clear and crisp. The Tughra mark is the Sultan's signature, and is probably the one of Abdulhamid II (1876-1909).
