Antique early 20th Century Indian Cutch solid silver three-piece tea set, comprising of teapot, lidded sugar bowl and cream jug, each piece is profusely and beautifully repousse' decorated with scrolling foliage and flowers on a tooled ground, interspersed with animals such lions and dogs chasing, boars and rabbits. The teapot spout in a shape of a bird and cream jug modelled as a lions head, the handles are made in an Art Deco manner, lids mounted with bulb shaped finials.

Although the set appears to be unmarked, which is often the case for Indian silver, it has been tested silver (900+ standard), the piece undoubtedly dates to the early 20th century and made by a prominent Cutch silversmith.
