DESCRIPTION
Antique 20th Century German large Black Forest hall mirror with a large carved walking bear on top, set with glass eyes. Such items were usually bought back by tourists from the Swiss / German borders (the Black Forest) and we a fashionable home decoration accessory in the latter part of the 19th century. They would adorn humble lodges as well as stately homes.
