DESCRIPTION
Antique 20th Century English oak haberdashery counter has a glass top showing three display drawers, under these are three wide slim drawers, beneath these are twenty drawers all have their original brass handles and knobs. In the front of the counter is a small display case with sliding glass doors. This counter was used in an English department store for gloves, scarves and small accessories, c. 1920. A truly wonderful conversation piece capable of transporting the imagination to bygone eras.
