Rare and precious 20th Century Mario Buccellati Solid Silver box, rectangular form with hinged top featuring an etching of the Church of Santa Maria Maggiore in Rome, from an engraving of the famous 18th Century painter Giovanni Battista Piranesi (please follow this link).
