Comes in its original leather bound retail presentation box. Sugar tongs hallmarked with English Import marks (F), Silver (925 silver standard), London, year 1893 (S), Retailer E&CoLd (Elkington & Co Ltd), the set was originally made in Norway, possibly by David Anderson.
