DESCRIPTION

Antique 18th Century pair of Georgian Irish Provincial Solid Silver Salvers, each of shaped circular form resting on three cast feet, applied scroll and shell rim and partly chased fluted border. Each salver is engraved with a family crest.

Georgian silverware from Cork is very sought after - a pair of salvers clearly marked such this is incredibly rare and valuable.

Both are Hallmarked Irish Provincial Silver ("Sterling" 925 standard), Cork, year 1765, Maker's mark CT (Carden Terry, important silversmith, for more information please follow this link).

CONDITION

In Great condition - No damage, just general wear.
