18th Century Georgian silver salver tray, massive size and heavy gauge, of shaped-circular form with applied gadroon and shell border, it rests on four large cast claw-on-ball feet, the centre is engraved with a very large and decorative coat of arms surrounded by a Rococo scrolling foliage, for the Cope family. Hallmarked English Silver (925), London, year 1764 (i), Maker's mark E.C for Ebenezer Coker.
