19th Century Imperial Russian silver and niello enamel tea caddy, parcel gilt, of square form, each side decorated with a niello enamel decoration, depicting famous Moscow landmarks, St Basil's Cathedral, the Spaskaya tower, a view of the Kremlin from the Moscow river and cathedral of Christ the Savior. the sides and top of the lid chased with ivy foliate decoration.
Hallmarked Imperial Russian silver 84 (875), Assay master A.A for Anatoly A Artsybashev, Moscow, year 1888, Maker's mark in Cyrillic BC for Vasiliy Semenov.
