DESCRIPTION
Antique 20th Century French solid silver jardiniere centerpiece, of shaped oval form, applied cast rim, with the original fitted silver plated liner, large size and very elegant design.
The jardiniere is Hallmarked French silver (950 standard) but the Minerva's head has been cancelled (as often happens for French pieces exported abroad), acid tested shows a 950+ high standard, Paris, year 1900, Maker's mark H Fres & Cie, for the luxury retailer Maison Boin Taburet. The liner is further stamped for Maison Boin Taburet.
CONDITION
In Great Condition - No damage, just general wear. One silver bolt underneath is missing.
